Due to the nature of our products being personal care items, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can resolve this for you.

We take pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please reach out so we can assist.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
